Bollywood actress Preity Zinta, the part-owner of the Kings XI Punjab Indian Premier League franchise, tweeted a photo from the Dubai Stadium.

Preity, a big cricket fan, was spotted at the Dubai International Stadium and her husband to watch the epic India-Pakistan clash on October 24, 2021. Pakistan crushed India by ten wickets in what is called the first win against India in World Cups.

Before going to watch the match earlier, she had tweeted, “All ready to cheer for the boys in blue Fisted hand All the best to the #IndianCricketTeam.”

After India lost the game, she again tweeted that this was just the start of the World Cup and fans should not lose hope.

She wrote, “Tonight We were outplayed so well played Pakistan. As a cricket fan, I’ll always support our team & my heart will always #Bleedblue. If ur a true cricket fan like me, U will do the same. This is just the start of the tournament, so All the best for the rest of the games. Flag of India #INDvsPAK

She also wrote about the abuses the Indian crickets were hurled on social media. She tweeted, “Disappointed that #India lost its first game of the #T20WorldCup2021 Even more disappointed to see all the abuse by so-called cricket fans to Flag of India players on social media. It’s a game. For God’s sake & all players are human. They DO NOT DESERVE all this negativity & slander.”
