Model Munmun Dhamecha has no one to give bail surety for her; counsel moves an urgent precipice before a court for her release on temporary cash bail.
On October 28, after hearing the case for three days, the Bombay High Court granted bail to all the three accused in the infamous drug case.
Shah Rukh Khan’s son Aryan Khan, his close friend Arbaaz Merchant, and model Munmun Dhamecha, who has been anxiously waiting to get out of jail for the past 27 days, got bail after multiple rejections from the lower court.
Aryan Khan is out of jail
Aryan is out of jail now, Arbaaz will be released by evening, but despite getting bail, it seems the young model Munmun Dhamecha might have to wait a little more to walk out of jail.
She is facing difficulty being released since she doesn’t have anyone to give bail surety for her. Notably, as part of a bail condition, the High Court bail order had stated that each accused who was granted bail has to furnish a personal bond of Rs 1 lakh with one or more sureties of like amount.
She is a resident of Madhya Pradesh’s Sagar district, but no family members live there now. While her mom passed away in 2020, her father died a few years ago.
Munmun’s brother Prince Dhamecha also lives and works in Delhi. While pointing out all the issues, her counsel moved an urgent precipice before the Bombay HC for her release on temporary cash bail.
