HP Stream 8 Tablet Price in India and Features

The new tablet by HP, HP Stream 8, has been launched in India across several e – portals in the country. The tablet has an OS of windows 8.1. The tablet is enabled with Wi – Fi and has a eight inch touch screen.

The resolution of the screen is quite sharp with 1280 x 800 pixels and the screen supports up to 16.7 M colours. It has a 1.8 GHz Quad Core Processor by Intel Atom Bay Trail.

The specifications of the tablet say that it has storage capacity of 32 GB but when you buy the tablet it may be lower due to the pre installed apps. Along with the internal storage, it comes with a 32 GB micro SD card.

The rear camera is of 5 megapixels while the camera on the front has a resolution of 2 megapixels and can be used to make video calls. There is a provision made for just one SIM card – 2G: GSM and a 3G: UMTS. At 8.9 mm the tablet is quite impressive.

The tablet has all the connectivity features that you will need. It has a 3G, Wi – Fi, USB 2.0 and a Bluetooth V4. It comes with a powerful lithium ion battery of 4000 mAh which will help in running the tablet for a long time.

The tablet supports GPS, Accelerometer, G – Sensor, Internal Speaker and also a microphone. It has been specified on Flipkart that the tablet comes with a warranty period of one year.

On portals like Flipkart this tablet has been priced at Rs. 16990 which seems to be quite reasonable considering the specifications.
