The much awaited music of Mani Ratnam’s romantic film “O Kadhal Kanmani” or “OK Kanmanl” has finally been released on April 3, 2015 on the official YouTube page of Sony Music.

The music and songs of “Ok Kanmani” has been composed by none other than maestro AR Rehman, who has returned to make a successful collaboration with Mani Ratnam after many successful films in the past.
Thankfully, “Ok Kanmani” that stars Dulquer Salmaan and Nithya Menon has been garnering good response since the time the first look was released.
The first teaser of the song “Mental Manadhil” opened to great response and every other teaser trended on Facebook for a long time.

The music of the movie has a very peppy feel to it, which is what Rehman is known for. There are a total of nine songs in the album, with lyrics by Vairamuthu.
Singers like Shashaa Tirupati, Karthik, Aaryan, KS Chitra, Darshana, Jonita Gandhi, Sathya Prakash, and AR Ameen have lent their voice to the album.
AR Ameen, who is the son of Rehman, has crooned to his father’s tunes in one of the songs.
Both Dulquer Salmaan and Nithya Menon have worked in the past together and their pair has been received well by the audiences.
Apart from two stars, actors like Ramya Subramaniam and Prakash Raj are also a part of the movie that will release in Tamil and Telugu on April 24, 2015.
