Maren Morris is not afraid to flaunt her fashion sense, even if it means going braless. The country singer rocked a see-through top that left little to the imagination during a night out with her husband, Ryan Hurd.
The couple, who welcomed their son Hayes in March 2020, enjoyed a date night at the Sunset Marquis Hotel in West Hollywood on July 15. Maren, 31, looked stunning in a black mesh top that featured colorful floral embroidery. She paired it with black pants and heels, and accessorized with hoop earrings and a clutch.
Ryan, 34, matched his wife in an all-black ensemble, consisting of a button-down shirt, jeans and boots. The duo posed for photos outside the hotel, showing off their chemistry and affection.
Maren has been vocal about embracing her body after giving birth to her first child. She recently clapped back at a troll who criticized her for posting a bikini photo on Instagram. “Don’t snap back, snap forward,” she wrote in response.
The “My Church” singer also opened up about her decision to stop breastfeeding Hayes after six months. She revealed that she had a “love/hate” relationship with nursing, and that she felt “inadequate” when she struggled with low milk supply.
“I just wanted him to have the best nutrition possible,” she told Health magazine in December 2020. “But I realized he was thriving no matter what. And I was actually happier when I let go of trying to be ‘perfect.'”
Maren and Ryan have been married since March 2018, after meeting at a songwriting session in 2013. They have collaborated on several songs, including “Chasing After You,” which they performed at the 2021 ACM Awards.
The couple gushed about their relationship in an interview with CBS This Morning in April. “I think we really balance each other out as writers, as performers,” Maren said. “He’s taught me so much about how to be an artist.”
Ryan added, “I think we’re both better at what we do because we get to do it together.”
