“I am deeply honoured to receive the prestigious UAE Golden Visa,” Rajinikanth said in the video. “My heartfelt thanks to the Abu Dhabi government and also to my good friend Mr Yusuff Ali, chairman of Lulu Group, for facilitating this visa and for all the support.”
Yusuff Ali, a prominent Indian businessman in the UAE, reportedly played a role in helping Rajinikanth secure the Golden Visa. Rajinikanth’s visit to Abu Dhabi also included a visit to a local temple, showcasing his cultural connection to the region.
Rajinikanth joins a growing list of celebrities who have been granted UAE Golden Visas, which are designed to attract long-term residents with exceptional talent and resources. The Golden Visa offers benefits such as residence permit renewals without the need for a sponsor and the ability to sponsor family members.
