Indian Union Minister Pralhad Joshi addressed the media at the BJP office in Bangalore today, marking 11 years of the Modi government and its contributions to India’s development. The event, titled “Amrit Kala of Developed India,” highlighted the government’s achievements in governance, economic growth, and global leadership.

Policy Shift: From Paralysis to Transparency

Joshi emphasized the transformation from policy paralysis to a decisive and transparent government, underscoring the BJP’s role in shaping India’s economic and political landscape. He pointed out that India’s global standing has strengthened, with the country emerging as a key player in the world economy.

Leaders Present at the Event

Several prominent leaders attended the press conference, including Ex-Deputy Chief Minister and MP Govind Karajola, MP PC Mohan, MLA Doddanagowda Patil, CK Ramamurthy, Rajya Sabha Member Jaggesh, Ex-MLA Nandish Reddy, and Raju Gowda (Narasimha Nayak). Their presence reinforced the party’s commitment to governance and development.

Public Sentiment and Economic Growth

Joshi also addressed criticism of the Modi government, acknowledging that while some give zero marks, the visible changes in India’s economy and infrastructure speak for themselves. He highlighted how India’s economic growth has positioned it as a global leader, with significant advancements in technology, defense, and social welfare.

Pralhad Joshi currently holds  Minister of Consumer Affairs, Food and Public Distribution and Minister of New and Renewable Energy in the Indian government:

Previously, he served as the Union Minister of Parliamentary Affairs, Coal, and Mines from 2019 to 2024. He has also been a Member of Parliament (MP) from Dharwad, Karnataka since 2004.
