Police stations across the twin cities are conducting meetings with complainants and victims involved in various cases to discuss grievances, pending issues, and procedural concerns.

The initiative was highlighted in a tweet by the Hubballi–Dharwad Police, which stated:

“ಹುಬ್ಬಳ್ಳಿ ಧಾರವಾಡ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಕಮಿಷನರೇಟ್ ವ್ಯಾಪ್ತಿಯ ಪೊಲೀಸ್ ಠಾಣೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ವಿವಿಧ ಪ್ರಕರಣಗಳಲ್ಲಿನ ನೊಂದವರ/ದೂರುದಾರರ ಸಭೆ ನಡೆಸಿ ಕುಂದು ಕೊರತೆ ಮತ್ತು ಸಮಸ್ಯೆಗಳ ಕುರಿತು ಚರ್ಚಿಸಲಾಗುತ್ತಿದೆ.”

(Translation: Meetings are being held in police stations under the Hubballi–Dharwad Commissionerate to discuss complaints and issues faced by victims and complainants in various cases.)
