Dubai Police, in partnership with Autopro, has launched the “On Your Way” initiative to promote safe driving. From August 10 to August 23, 2026, drivers can access a free vehicle inspection service at any ENOC station with an Autopro center. The campaign aims to reduce accidents and encourage responsible road habits across the city.
We talked to officials who confirmed that the inspection covers brakes, tires, lights, and fluid levels. “Safety begins before you hit the road,” said a Dubai Police spokesperson. Autopro engineers added, “A 15-minute check can prevent costly breakdowns and protect lives.”
Our sources confirmed that Dubai recorded over 2,300 minor accidents in the first half of 2026, with 18% linked to poor vehicle maintenance. By offering free inspections, authorities hope to cut those numbers sharply.
Drivers visiting ENOC stations will see banners promoting the campaign. Social media embeds will highlight real-time updates and community feedback. The initiative also aligns with Dubai’s broader road safety strategy, which targets a 25% reduction in traffic incidents by 2030.

We saw strong public interest already, with over 1,000 vehicles inspected in the first two days. “It’s free, fast, and gives peace of mind,” said one motorist at the Al Qusais ENOC station.
By combining road safety with public awareness, Dubai Police and Autopro are sending a clear message: safe journeys start with responsible preparation. The free inspection service is available until August 23, 2026, and every driver is encouraged to take part.
