Malaika Arora’s father Anil Arora Jumps from 6th Floor, Dies By Suicide

Bollywood actress Malaika Arora’s father, Anil Arora, passed away by suicide on Wednesday morning after jumping from the sixth floor of a residential building in Bandra, Mumbai. The incident took place at 9:00 AM.

The reason behind the suicide is still not known as no suicide note was found.

The incident has left the Arora family and the Bollywood community in deep shock. Malaika’s former husband, Arbaaz Khan, visited her residence as seen in the below video to offer his support and condolences during this difficult time. Arbaaz Khan’s sister, Alvira Agnihotri, also arrived at the place.

No suicide note

Police officials have confirmed that no suicide note was found at the scene, and the reasons behind Anil Arora’s tragic decision remain unknown. The authorities are currently investigating the circumstances surrounding his death.

Malaika Arora, who was not at home at the time of the incident, has always been open about her close relationship with her family.

In a past interview, she shared, “I had a wonderful childhood, but it wasn’t easy. In fact, in retrospect, the word I would use to describe it is tumultuous. But tough times teach you important lessons too”.

The actress and her younger sister, Amrita Arora, were raised by their mother, Joyce Polycarp, after their parents separated when Malaika was just 11 years old. Reflecting on her upbringing, Malaika credited her mother for instilling a strong work ethic and the importance of financial independence.
