R. Ashoka joined a Seva Sankalp Abhiyan program on Sunday, October 4, 2026, at the M.K. Puttalingayya playground in Padmanabhanagar. The Bengaluru MLA said the gathering marked 25 years of public service by Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
The useful part was not the slogan. Organizers handed out Ayushman cards, skill certificates, and student awards on the same ground.
What Padmanabhanagar residents actually got
Ashoka’s post lists four public acts. Painting, essay, and speech contests for local participants. Skill certificates under the name Pragati Padmanabhanagar. Talent awards for students. Ayushman cards for beneficiaries.
He did not say how many cards were given, or who won the contests. Until his office or a ward worker puts a number on it, the fact is the distribution, not the size of it.
A neighbor who missed the ground can still ask the constituency office about a card or a certificate. That is the piece of the program that outlasts the evening.

Who stood on the ground
Avadhuta Shri Vinay Guruji attended. So did Chalavadi Narayanaswamy, leader of the opposition in the legislative council, and Dr. C.N. Manjunath, the MP. MLAs Satish Reddy, Ravi Subramanya, C.K. Ramamurthy, and Dheeraj Muniraj were also there, with party workers Ashoka put in the thousands.
He thanked senior leaders and residents of the constituency in the same note. The post does not quote any of them. It reads as his own account of a party program, not a government order.
Padmanabhanagar has seen these Sankalp drives before. This one bundled a health card with a school prize. Watch the constituency handles for a list of beneficiaries. The playground meeting itself is over.
