‘Mobile Suit Gundam Battle Operation 2’ Patch Notes: Version 1.66 Highlights

Mobile Suit Gundam Battle Operation 2, the popular free-to-play online multiplayer game based on the Gundam franchise, has released a new update today.

The updated version 1.66 (or 1.066 for PS5) brings new content and improvements to the game, as well as some bug fixes and balance adjustments.

Spring Festival 2023

The update’s highlight is the Spring Festival 2023, a special event that will run from March 30 to April 27. During this period, players can enjoy bonuses and rewards, such as increased DP and EXP, daily login bonuses, limited-time missions, and special items in the recycle ticket shop and DP exchange.

The Spring Festival 2023 also introduces a new mobile suit, the Atlas Gundam [TB], which can be obtained by completing the new trial mission “The Silver Session”. This mobile suit is a general unit that can transform into a submarine mode and use various weapons, such as a railgun, a blade shield, and an assault rifle.

New Skills for Qubeley and Qubeley Mk II

The update also adds new skills for two existing mobile suits, the Qubeley and the Qubeley Mk II. These skills are called “Psycommu System Resonance (H)” and “Psycommu System Resonance (E)”, respectively, and they activate when the mobile suit’s HP drops below 30%.

These skills boost the attack and mobility of the mobile suit, as well as reduce the damage taken from certain types of attacks. They also enhance the performance of the psycommu weapons, such as the funnels and bits.

Other Changes and Fixes

Besides the new content and skills, the update also implements several fixes and adjustments to improve the game’s stability and balance. Some of the changes include:

• Fixed an issue where some units could not use their skills properly.
• Fixed an issue where some maps had incorrect collision detection or graphical glitches.
• Fixed an issue where some weapons had incorrect damage values or effects.
• Adjusted some parameters of some units and weapons to enhance their performance or balance.
