CSIR SO and ASO admit card 2024

Students who are planning to appear for the SO and ASO examinations conducted by the Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (CSIR) should download their admit card as soon as possible. The admit cards were released on January 26, on the official website of CSIR at csir.res.in. You will need your Registered Email ID and Date of Birth to access your hall ticket.

The Stage- I (Paper I & Paper II) exam for the Section Officer and Assistant Section Officer post will be held from February 5 to February 20 in two shifts. The first shift will be from 10 am to 12 noon and the second shift will be from 3 pm to 5:30 pm. You should check the exam schedule and venue details on your admit card carefully.

The website is currently non-responsive due to all the students trying to download the admit card simultaneously. Try again later when the load reduces.

You can also take a mock test before the exam to familiarize yourself with the exam pattern and interface. The mock test link will be sent to your registered email ID soon. Make sure you check your email regularly, including the Junk/Spam folders, for any updates or information from CSIR.

To download your SO and ASO admit card, follow these simple steps:

  • Visit the official website at csir.res.in
  • Click on the link that says “Schedule of Stage- I (Paper I & Paper II) Examination and downloading of Admit Card for the post of Section Officer and Assistant Section Officer in CSIR (CASE-2023).”
  • Enter your Registered Email ID and Date of Birth and click on Submit.
  • Download and print your admit card for future reference.
