Gautam Adani visits sacred Mahudi Jain Tirth with family, offers prayers for peace and prosperity
Adani Group Chairman Gautam Adani shared a quiet moment of devotion on Wednesday after visiting the sacred Mahudi Jain Tirth in Gujarat along with his family.
In an Instagram post on his verified account, Adani wrote that he was blessed to have darshan at the holy site today with Preeti, Karan and Paridhi.
“There are some moments in life when the mind naturally bows in gratitude,” he said. “I am grateful for faith, for the strength received in every trial, and for those blessings that continuously inspire us to move forward.”
He highlighted the core values of Jainism — ahimsa (non-violence), self-discipline and compassion — and noted that these teachings remind us that true strength comes from within. Adani ended the post by saying he prayed for the peace, prosperity and welfare of all.
The post includes photographs from the visit. In one, Adani is seen climbing a short flight of steps in traditional attire to ring a large temple bell against the white marble architecture of the shrine. Another shows the family standing together in prayer inside the temple, offering aarti before a richly decorated golden doorway while other devotees look on.

Mahudi Tirth, located near Gandhinagar, is a well-known Jain pilgrimage centre famous for its association with Ghantakarna Mahavir. The Adani family, which has Jain roots, has visited several Jain temples in recent years as part of their spiritual practices.
