We saw the official @CPMumbaiPolice post go out on September 1, 2026, with a short video and the hashtag #MeetCPOnTuesday. Our sources said the message was posted in English and Marathi.
Watch the attached video. The commissioner says Mumbaikars can share concerns, complaints, and issues directly. “Understanding your concerns, listening to your problems and working towards their resolution is our foremost responsibility,” the post reads.
The Marathi version repeats the same open-door line. No prior permission is needed. The meeting point is Mumbai Police Headquarters.
