Watch the attached video. The commissioner says Mumbaikars can share concerns, complaints, and issues directly. “Understanding your concerns, listening to your problems and working towards their resolution is our foremost responsibility,” the post reads.
The Marathi version repeats the same open-door line. No prior permission is needed. The meeting point is Mumbai Police Headquarters.
