Singapore Airlines is rolling out a bigger in-flight dining refresh from September 29, 2026. We saw the airline put more than 100 new and updated dishes under a new menu tag called SIA Chefs’ Selection. Our sources said the rest of the package — drinks, Christofle plates, and extra service touches — lands from November 2026.
Yeoh Phee Teik, SIA’s Senior Vice President of Customer Experience, said the review covered recipes, seasonal produce, cooking methods, wine lists, plating, and how crew serves the tray. He framed it as one slice of a larger end-to-end product drop in Singapore this November, next to new cabins, KrisWorld, amenity kits, faster Wi-Fi, and ground service.
Watch for Chefs’ Selection on menus in every cabin, not only Suites. In-house cooks and guest chefs built the list with catering partners. Comfort food sits next to regional plates and a few reworked classics.

What Changes on Singapore Airlines Trays
- More than 100 new or refreshed starters, mains, and desserts across Economy, Premium Economy, Business, First, and Suites.
- New wine labels in Suites, First, and Business.
- New spirits choices in all cabins.
- Custom Christofle serviceware in Suites, First, and Business, with a light batik cue.
- Selected Suites and First dishes plated with extra ceremony; crew may suggest a pour to match the plate.
- New dishes start first; glassware, bottles, and the fuller service script follow from November 2026.
SIA is not calling this a one-week promo. The November Singapore event is meant to show cabins, screens, and meals as one product. Frequent flyers should still check the booking meal list, because not every new plate flies on every route on day one.
Christofle is the French tableware house in premium metal. Economy keeps standard airline ware; the silver-and-batik set is for the front cabins. Crew training is part of the same brief, not a separate gimmick.
Bookings already in the system will see the new dishes as they load onto each sector. Full wine and serviceware changes wait for the November window. Ask the crew if Chefs’ Selection is on that flight’s cart if the printed card still looks old.
