A pornstar in Australia has sparked health worries after enlisting 1,000 men. It is to participate in her effort to set a world record. For the most men she has slept with in 24 hours. A British adult entertainer, Lily Phillips, announced that she is now accepting applications for the record-breaking event of the year. It will take place in January.
Lisa Sparks, an adult film star bedded 919 men in a single day. It happened at a sex industry convention in Poland in 2004 and now holds the record. Sparks claimed to have “had a blast but was in pain for a week afterwards” at the time.
Phillips has stated that she has been “in training” for several months to be physically capable of handling the task. Still, no one is talking about the physiological impact after attempting for the world record.
Dr Zac Turner is a physician in Sydney who focuses on wellness and preventive health. He cautioned that when “pushed to the extremes,” such activity may be harmful to the body. He told news.com.au that “sex is fundamentally a physically taxing activity that activates a variety of muscles, the cardiovascular system, and the release of endorphins.”
When done in moderation, it’s similar to a fulfilling workout and helps to reduce stress, improve cardiovascular health, and strengthen emotional ties. However, the physical and physiological toll can be severe when pushed to extremes, such as a 24-hour sexual marathon. Bruising, ripping, and general pain are common problems that can result from repeated sexual activity.
Turner added that think of it like running a marathon without any training beforehand; dehydration, overuse injuries, and pure exhaustion are nearly certain.
Previous Holder
The previous record holder, Lisa Sparks, acknowledged experiencing pain for a week after her attempt. It is an obvious indication of excessive strain. Phillips has been having a lot of sex and progressively increasing the quantity as part of her self-described physical training. She recently said on “The Reality Check” program that It’s like a boxing match. I’ve done 101 and I’m doing 300 in a few weeks.
She think that she has the right determination to be able to push on even though she think I’ll get sore towards the end. But Phillips acknowledged that she considered the most recent training session to be hard work. She asserted that It’s so much harder to bomb 101 guys in 14 hours than a 9-to-5. Sleeping with 101 men is so much more taxing if you talk about a day job, like going to the office.
Turner cautioned that although consensual sex has health benefits, these benefits would be lost if the act lasted more than 24 hours. He stated that there are many advantages to having sex, such as better cardiovascular health from moderate exercise, stress reduction from oxytocin and endorphin release, and increased intimacy and emotional connection with partners. But in a situation this dire, the dangers outweigh the advantages. Continuous physical effort turns from useful to harmful, and fatigue reduces the enjoyable parts. Even while it might be a cardiovascular exercise, it’s probably going to cause more harm than benefit. Turner highlighted that psychological effects and the increased risk of sexually transmitted diseases are additional health factors involved.
