“Jujutsu Kaisen” fans are upset with Mappa studio as the recent “Jujutsu Kaisen” season 2 episode 14 that shows the entrance of Toji Fushiguro is missing an important part of the manga.
In this episode we saw that Megumi used his domain so that everyone could escape Dagon’s domain through a small hole but Toji used that hole and entered the battlefield.
However, “Jujutsu Kaisen” season 2 episode 14 removed an essential aspect of this scene from the manga that considerably marred the impact on the audience.
In the manga we can see narration given by Toji but in the anime that iconic narration has been removed. It is one of the most important parts of this scene and fans are not happy with the studio Mappa.
However, fans are not letting this go that easy and they have shared their disagreement online over removal of Toji’s narration.
Fans are disappointed with Toji Fushiguro’s Narration Cuts
There were issues during the production of “Jujutsu Kaisen” season 2. While some animated scenes were fantastic the overall impression didn’t quite match the manga. One particular example was Toji Fushiguro’s entrance scene, which lacked the vibe portrayed in the manga.
Many passionate fans of “Jujutsu Kaisen” found episode 14 of season 2 were disappointed due to Toji’s scene. The narration that accompanied his entrance in the manga was omitted from the anime. Some argue that this narration played a role in creating the iconic opening sequence featuring Toji Fushiguro.
The narrator’s words added formality to Tojis entrance and made it more impactful. However as mentioned earlier this crucial narration was missing from “Jujutsu Kaisen ” season 2 episode 14.
“Jujutsu Kaisen” Production Issues
A lot of fans expressed their disappointment on X ( Twitter) regarding this issue. Most fans emphasized that the animation studio failed to capture the essence of the scene by removing the narration.
There were some fans who weren’t pleased with how Toji Fushiguros entrance was animated in episode 14 of “Jujutsu Kaisen” season 2. They felt that it resembled a slideshow and expressed their desire for the studio to redo it.
Some also came in support of the animators and argued that they are encountering challenges in production and are striving to create quality episodes.
