On Saturday, April 1, Mojang introduced many hilarious new features to Minecraft to join in the April Fool’s day fun.
Minecraft Features
As is customary, the hearty Minecraft creator introduced some rather bizarre features to his game. In addition to providing the community with an intriguing snapshot this year, they also made some surprising adjustments to their official game launcher.
As per Sportskeeda, one simple yet ingenious addition of Mojang is the fire event. If users activate the official Minecraft launcher right now, various parts of the launcher will start to burn. It’s interesting to note that the fire movement and texture resemble the game. Fans can put out the fire by dragging their cursor over it.
Players may easily disable this function by clicking the water bucket symbol above the What’s New tab to the left. The bucket icon will convert to a flint and steel icon to restart the launcher once the feature is disabled. There will also be an option to enable or mute the noises of burning and extinguishing.
With the launcher burning hoax, Mojang also published a ’23w13a_or_ b’ April Fool’s day snapshot. Players will be able to select from a variety of the creators’ comical features in this snapshot. The players can vote for these features using a specific menu, after which they can be turned on. Mojang dubs this function “The Vote Update.”
About Minecraft
Minecraft is a 3D sandbox game with no necessary goals, giving players a great deal of freedom in how they play it. Nonetheless, there is an accomplishment system, referred to as “trophies” on the PlayStation ports and “advancements” in the Java Version of the game. By default, the game is played from the first-person viewpoint. However, third-person perspectives are also available to players.
